With summer just around the corner, I’m starting to get the itch to do some travelling. I don’t have a particular destination in mind, but I think I want to see more of Canada. After all, I really haven’t seen much!
The last time I travelled across Canada was a couple of years ago – I usually go to more tropical destinations like those pictured! A friend of mine was living in Prince Edward Island for the summer, so another friend and I decided to make the trip out there to visit. We had such a fantastic time! We did some hiking in New Brunswick, ate a lot of lobster, rode bikes in P.E.I., took a ton of photos, and shared many great laughs. The people out there were also some of the friendliest I’ve ever met.
Needless to say, I think I’m due for another trip. Next time, I’d love to travel somewhere out west. The real question is, where do I want to go? Calgary? Vancouver? Edmonton? Banff? Who knows! What I do know is, any trip requires a lot of planning and decision-making. Of course, no matter which city I decide to visit, there’s one thing I don’t need to worry about. You guessed it – my travel outfit. My go-to travel outfit is always the same!
The Components of My Go-To Travel Outfit:
Airplanes are never the right temperature. They’re either too warm or they’re freezing cold. It’s always best to layer. I always bring a hoodie because they’re comfortable…and because I like to wear the hood while I nap.
A t-shirt is a cute and versatile addition to a travel outfit. If you get too hot just unzip your hoodie and there you go!
You always look more stylish when you’re wearing accessories. My logic is, if you’re going to pack them anyway, why not wear them?
I wore jeans on a flight once and swore I’d never do it again. For me, it’s leggings all the way!
You want to make sure you have comfortable shoes, because the odds are, you’ll be doing a lot of walking around the airport. It’s also important to make sure that you can easily take your shoes off when you get to security.
Do you have a go-to travel outfit as well?
