Self-care health and wellness isn’t just a trend, nor is it based on self-indulgence. It’s a necessary act of self-preservation that is worthy of a permanent place in your lifestyle.
These days we are so distracted by physical objects like our phones, or binge-watching Netflix to realize these really aren’t things for ourselves, they are externalized distractions.
Taking a simple 10-minute quality time-out can help us become more aware of ourselves and what is really going on in our lives. It gives us the chance to Refresh x Reset in order to live life to its absolute fullest.
