NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Winners must reside in Ontario. Twitter party is open to Ontario residents 19+. The Moskato Life Twitter Party Contest (“Contest”) begins at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (ET) on December 17, 2013 and ends at 8:00 p.m. ET. PRIZES - Ten (10) prizes are available to be won. Eight - 5 Moskato Life Vouchers for each prize will be awarded. 2 - $50 Visa Gift cards. Moskato Life vouchers are only available at select Beer Store locations
in Ontario. Limit one (1) prize per person, per Twitter account, and per household. Winner must accept the prize as awarded with no substitutions except at Sponsors’ sole discretion who reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners will be contacted end of Twitter Party on December 17th via the RSVP information provided on this page. Within 2 weeks of winner confirmation, prizes will be mailed to the address specified by winner. If winners do not reply within 5 days of initial contact, another winner will be selected.
By entering the contest, winners consent to the use of their Twitter handle, first and last name, profile picture and/or likeness for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants of the contest agree that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Twitter’s “Terms of Service” and “Twitter Rules”, and decisions of Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest and awarding of prizes. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person they find to be in violation of these Official Rules, Twitter’s “Terms of Service”, or “Twitter Rules”. Sponsors are not liable if any entrant’s account is suspended by Twitter for violation of Twitter’s “Terms of Service” or “Twitter Rules”. Such entrant will also be disqualified from this contest. Contest entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsors, and each of their respective parent, affiliated and related companies, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Contest or a prize.
