This week I’m loving Lemon Lily Beautea tea. The natural loose leaf tea is certified organic and is made in my hometown Toronto! This tea tastes SO good with ingredients including Egyptian chamomile, peppermint, orange peel, coconut and lavender. I’ll be sipping on this all season long!
Every year, Fall and Winter come around and I get sick. Well, I am not about to let that happen to me this year! I refuse to be all stuffed up and want to be feeling my best self. I’m giving my immune system the boost it needs with Escents Immune Boost Kit. I’m seriously obsessed and have not felt better. My usual respiratory problems don’t stand a chance once I armed with these natural germ-fighting products that are infused with 100% pure essential oils.
Kit includes: 3 Breathe Easy mini bath bombs, a Breathe Easy inhaler, Soothing Throat Spray and a Breathe Easy Roll-On.
My absolute favourite of the week is a Medium we went to, The Happy Medium. A few of us received a reading with her, and WOW is she the real deal. The things she said are things that no one else would ever know, with some of it being psychic premonitions on what is going to happen in the future. I feel very healed and refreshed after the session and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to explore this further. Go in with an open mind and you may be surprised.
My fave this week is the Ultra Repair Lip Therapy balm. I suffer from dry lips as soon as the weather starts to get cooler and found the perfect solution to my problem. It helps nourish and protect my lips from the harsh cold and makes my lips feel smooth. I also love how I can either wear it on it’s own or layered under my lipstick!
If you watched The September Issue on Netflix, then you know Grace Coddington. I absolutely loved this documentary film and when I saw Grace: A Memoir at Indigo, I had to grab it. I already needed some new subway reading material and the hardcover is super cute (also makes a great coffee table book). Grace recounts her memoirs as a junior fashion editor at British Vogue Magazine into becoming creative director at American Vogue for the past 14 years, working alongside Anna Wintour. Her story is so compelling and inspiring- I also love looking through her photos as a young model and all of the little comedic drawings that are included throughout the book.
