Honest Review –Seaweed & Coffee Scrub
First Impressions
My first impression of this scrub was that it looked like ground coffee and smelt like it too! The scent alone gave me a bit of a wake-up call, which I could honestly use when I’m getting into my morning routine. So for me, this totally worked into my routine easily.
I also thought that the quantity of product you get seems like a bit more compared to some drugstore brands for the price. Lastly, I thought it was a great touch that this product was in a glass jar so it can be reused and recycled!
Texture
As I smoothed this scrub onto my skin, I could feel the ingredients activating immediately. There was almost a tingle of energy from the coffee and a soothing and cleansing feeling from the kelp.
When this scrub was washed off, my skin felt silky smooth and looked clearer and brighter than before, not to mention it felt moisturized. It did leave a bit of a darker tint on my skin from the coffee. But, with a quick scrub, it’s gone.
I used a generous amount and rubbed this scrub on my upper thighs dimples. As directions said, it should smooth and reduce the look of cellulite and dimples on the skin.
After a week of using this scrub (3 times a week as advised), I noticed my skin felt significantly smoother and full of moisture oppose to the previous salt inspired scrubs I’ve tried that can dry your skin out. Oh, and those fun little dimples on my upper thighs have smoothed out a bit and my legs feel silky smooth!
Scent & Ingredients
The ingredients of this product are really where all the love is. Not just made with Sea Salt, Coffee & Kelp, there are a bunch of natural ingredients included in this scrub that nourishes your skin in the long run:

- Grapeseed Oil – To Soothe & Moisturize
- Ginger – To Cleanse & Clarify
- Tumeric – To Cleanse & Clarify
- Cinnamon – To Cleanse & Clarify
To see ingredients such as turmeric and cinnamon, which reduce inflammation naturally, I feel more at ease with putting trusting these ingredients on my skin.
Overall, SeaLuxe uses amazing natural ingredients to provide your skin with the nutrients it craves, especially as the weather gets cooler.
I loved that this scrub gave me a bit of a wake-up call in the morning, giving a little jumpstart to my routine. I also think that SeaLuxe did an amazing job sourcing out natural ingredients that are nourishing for your skin AND body unlike a lot of drugstore brands which contain ingredients induced with chemicals.
