Ah, the fountain of youth. Everyone is constantly trying to achieve the appearance of looking younger than they are, but is it actually possible to achieve? We stumbled upon the brand Age Quencher, an energy and wellness product that claims to increase your energy and give you a noticeable glow – helping you both feel and look younger - and let me tell you, I’m totally loving it. I’ve been trying ‘Hydrate‘ and it tastes just like lemonade and gives me the extra boost I need to go about my busy day. Read more about it!

My Friday fave is Sibling Rivalry’s White Wine Blend. This white is VQA certificated and made in St. Catherines by the Henry of Pelham Family Estate. It is a beautiful, aromatic white blend with flavours of peach, pear, lime and apple. This wine is good quality and medium bodied with a zesty acidity to finish. Sibling Rivalry White is a crowd pleaser and pairs perfectly with refreshing mango chicken salad. I can’t wait to try their other varieties!

The New Food and Drink Holiday Guide at LCBO is giving me serious holiday fever. The guide has the best festive drink ideas and appetizers, and I always steal an idea or two for holiday parties. Plus it’s fun to be festive!

I looooove the John Frieda Rotating Hair Styler for styling my hair at home. I am one of those people that can not use a round brush and hairdryer at the same time to save my life. This styler makes it so easy to get the same volume and smoothness you get from a blow out at the salon but at home.
I use a regular hair dryer to rough dry my hair or air dry it and when it is almost completely dry, I go in with this and voila you have an at home blow out. On those days I don’t wash my hair, a light spray from my avene thermal water to dampen to my hair will do, and then I go in with this and my hair is revived back to a first day style. To me, this is just as much a must have as a flat iron.

I’ve been wearing a lot of hats ever since the cooler months started rolling in (ugh) and my hair is drier than ever. I must admit, I’m a little guilty of washing my hair too often and this has recently become front of mind. To extend some time in between washes, I’ve been using the Bad, Baby Dry Shampoo Pen. The pen is small enough to keep in your purse if you need a touch up and is totally affordable (you can buy 3 for $14.99 on their website). It works really well. After applying to my roots (I spray a little all over the hair too), my fine and limp hair feels plump and smooth. I also love how the company is committed to empowering women worldwide- whenever I revisit their Instagram page or website, it keeps giving me a much needed girl-boost!
