Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 peach (cut into 1/2 inch slices, 1/2 cup)
- 2 kiwis (sliced into rounds + peeled
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup of strawberries (cut into slices)
- 200ml Malibu Rum
- 1L lemonade (or any other clear/semi-clear liquid)
- Popsicle mold + popsicle sticks
- Makes 10 - depending on mold size
Timing:
- Prep time: 15 minutes
- Freeze time: minimum 6 hours
Steps:
- Cut the peach, kiwi & strawberries into slices
- Arrange some of each fruit into the popscicle molds. Make sure each piece fits very snugly
- Pour in 1/2 a shot of rum into each popscile mold (or more, depending on how tipsy you want to get 😉
- Pour the lemonade into each mold - enough to cover the fruit, almost to the very top of the mold
- Insert Popsicle sticks + freeze until solid (6 hours - up to 2 weeks)
These look like so much fun! Malibu Rum is one of my all time faves on a hot & sunny day. Going to try this out but might but my own spin on it.
